Made Easy! Bookkeeping, Made Easy!!

The concept of this app, to build a unique Excel based Bookkeeping. Using a huge part of my education. A bookkeeping app for small business to do their own bookkeeping, being a side-hustle, work-from-home, not wanting to pay a bookkeeper. The idea of trying to understand the bookkeeping cycle is scary, intimidating. Understand the timeline 2020 – 2024, was spent traveling the path to being an expert in the field of bookkeeping.

Dyslexia

Born with Dyslexia, has given many years of experience, sing training aids, pneumonic devices, and many other ways to teach the brain.. Taught Us how to be a good teacher, our first student being our own dyslexic brain. A lifetime of learning and teaching myself.

Art

Dealing with Dyslexia, used an art course as a mid-day break from school work, many, many years of art classes. The truth my brain just doesn’t have a creative side, great artist with zero creativity. SBB,ME! Used the years of art, as a way to teach the brain.

Blue Background

The Dark Blue background, the darker color is magnitudes easier on the eye, that typical white accounts financials. Anticipating spending many hours using this app to do client’s bookkeeping.

Using Colors

Throughout the app, using colors in many ways, to draw the eye. Colorful CoA Chart of Accounts, through the entire app is colorful, adding color to a dull looking financials’.

Education

The entire accounting education ‘Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, bookkeeper certification, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor are on my StingRay’sBookkeeping.com website. The SBB,ME! is not a small app. This took around six months to develop, program.

A product of my lifetime of education, created an app to make small business bookkeeping, easier to understand. Part of the concept was to create several different tools in one app.

Teaching

The app will be the platform for Professor StingRay’s YT YouTube Channel. SBB,ME! used as modern school version of a blackboard or overhead projector! The app being used to demonstrate different bookkeeping tasks on videos. The Stage 3 and stage 4 contain a fully automated bookkeeping cycle. Fully Automated, in a way that allows the student isolate different transaction cycle. Example process moving from a revenue to ending in Retained Earnings. Think of seeing a Hot Rod, with transparent glass hood, displaying the inner running engine.

SBB,ME! Framework

During an accounting class, and bookkeeping class earning bachelor’s degree in accounting. Two ‘One-Month Full Cycle Case Studies, as the framework, template building SBB,ME! App. Both Case Studies are now Bookkeeping lessons, using SBB,ME! App.

This website, SBB<ME! App, and bookkeeping case studies took around a year to create. A year of time, effort, energy, to create an easier way for people to understand bookkeeping.
